This cottage was transported from the town of Neversink, when they flooded it to create the Neversink Reservoir. It was re-established here on Peekamoose Road in 1946.

The Cellar is the brain. It has all the utilities: electric, water, heating, washing.

The East Bedroom is the primary bedroom, and is in useable shape.

The Full Bathroom, on the ground floor, is the largest project.

The Half Bathroom is upstairs and was pretty gross, so the first room for renovation.

The Kitchen requires all new appliances.

The Living Room is in the best shape, so will be renovated last.

The Office has some mold in the ceiling.

This was a bedroom, and will be the other half of our kitchen.

Porch needs lots of work.

Excited to paint a folk art design on the risers.

The West Bedroom is the saloon.
