Lilypad - Timeline

This is the timeline of my development of the property.

2024

Winter

I purchase the house, review the inspector's report, and plan renovations.

Spring

We replace broken fixtures, remove floors and ceilings, paint, and start experiencing the space.

Summer

We renovate the bathroom, install flooring, and replace chipboard with drywall.

Fall

I work on mapping the land, and planning the next round of renovations.

We renovate the kitchen.

Spring

I build out a pantry and organize the workshop.

Summer

I establish a working office.

Fall

We renovate the porch and closets.
